In Finding my academic rap voice at Oxford, Sizwe guides the audience on a journey through the rationale and production of a creative music album and a corresponding book addressing South Africa´s democracy and the issues it faces – racism, student protest and corruption. The talk explains the production of one of the album´s songs followed by a rap performance.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
